Agenda packets will be sent to all Club Leaders during the week prior to the meeting. Agenda items will include: club & committee reports, 2007-2008 Budget requests, and Pancake Breakfast final instructions. ALL STAR EVENT REMINDERS April 21 - Awards, Trips, and Record Books Workshop (What You Always Wanted to Know), 10 am - 1 pm, Veterans Building, Alexis Sanchez, 628-3531. April 28 - Paint by Number community service project & tour of CDF Fire Station, 9 am - 1 pm, Mark Tobias, 637-9740. SECTIONAL PRESENTATION DAY THANKS Thanks to the following people who volunteered at the recent Sectional Presentation Day: Judges: Irene Sanchez, Alexis Sanchez, Kristi Ward, Denise Escover, Lisa Tobias Room Monitors: Miranda Sanchez, Danielle Escover Tabulator: Shana Strohn REMINDER TO 5TH - 11TH GRADE MEMBERS The “Letter of Intent” was designed to help the San Benito County 4-H Council officers determine how many 4-H members might be planning to attend conferences or educational trips using 4-H Council financial support. The “Letter of Intent” does not commit you to conference/trip attendance. Your response will only serve as a budgeting tool. 4-H Council plans to start developing the 2007-2008 Budget in May. To help the Budget Committee, please mark next to all conferences/trips that you might attend July 2007 through June 2008. This form should be returned to the 4-H office by May 1.
